Knowledge Tree V1 – Password change

How to do a Password change:
Step 1: First you will need to click on the link below

Step 2: Once you’ve clicked on the link, a “Reset password” page will pop up.
Step 3: Choose how you would like to reset your password:
o Choose to reset using SMS or Email
o Then select ID or Passport number
o Enter your details (As per your selected choice)
o Once you are done, click “Submit”
Step 4: Once you have clicked submit, a selfie verification required page will pop up.
Please click proceed to continue
When you click on capture face you will be given two options
 Selfie (front camera)
o We need to access your camera to verify your face, please click on
continue, and then a message will pop up asking you to allow
“id.hollywoodbets.net” to access the camera, click allow.

 Assisted (back camera)
o We need to access your camera to verify your face, please click on
continue, and then a message will pop up asking you to allow
“id.hollywoodbets.net” to access the camera, click allow.

Step 5: Verify your face
o For us to verify your identity:
 You need to capture a clear image of your face.

Tips on how to capture a clear image:

o Please remove any hats, caps, and glasses.
o Make sure there is good lighting.

Click continue on the TIPS box.
 Then click on the capture face box.
If your face verification was successful, a verification results page will pop up saying
“VERIFIED”
“Your bio matched your ID, you may close this page, thank you!”
Step 5: Once you have verified your face successfully, you will receive an SMS /
Email with your OTP.

Step 6: After you receive your OTP, A password reset page will pop up.
Enter the following information:
o No need to enter your ID or Passport number (as it has already been
provided for you)
o Enter your new password (Password must be a minimum of 6 characters
with at least 1 number and 1 letter)
o Confirm your new password.
Enter the verification code (OTP) and click on verify and reset password
(Do it quickly as the code expires in 3 minutes.)
If your code has expired, click on resend code
Step 7: Once you have clicked on verify and update a message will pop up saying
“Your password has been reset successfully. Login now”. You will also receive
an SMS or Email confirming that you have successfully
